Pool and Beach

• Pool rules are posted by the pool.
• The pool is open from 8:00 AM to dusk.
• Shower before entering the pool.
• No food or beverage is permitted within four feet of the pool wet deck.
• Glass is not permitted on the pool deck or beach.
• No running or horseplay.
• Large flotation devices are not permitted in the pool.
• Pool chairs cannot be reserved.
• Children under 10 require adult supervision.
• Children in diapers must wear snug waterproof swim diapers.

Umbrella Rentals & Beach Chairs

• Umbrellas are $25 per day or $150 per week.
• Beach lounge chairs are complimentary.
• Holding beach chairs is not permitted.
• Unattended belongings may be removed.
• Personal single-pole umbrellas should be placed behind or to the side of resort umbrellas.
• Awnings, tents, and shibumis are not permitted.
• Staff may close umbrellas for high winds, rain, or storms.
• Rental fees are not refunded due to weather or another reason.

Cleaning Service

Contact the office immediately with cleaning concerns. Daily housekeeping is not included during guest stays.

Lights Out for Sea Turtles

• Sea turtle nesting season runs May 1 through October 31.
• Close drapes and window coverings after dark.
• If you see nesting turtles or hatchlings, remain quiet and observe from a distance.
• Do not use flashlights or fishing lamps on the beach.
• Fireworks are not permitted during season or at any time.
• Remove personal items and fill sand holes when leaving the beach.

Mail and Postage

Mail may be addressed to 4621 Gulf of Mexico Dr, Longboat Key, FL 34228 with the unit number included. Mail can be picked up from the office during normal business hours.
