Heated Pool
A Gulf-Facing Pool With Room to Relax
The heated 30-foot by 60-foot pool faces the Gulf of Mexico and offers a comfortable place to relax between beach time, outdoor meals, and resort activities.
- Pool hours are 8:00 AM to dusk.
- Bathers must shower before entering the pool.
- Food and beverages are not permitted within four feet of the pool.
- Glass is not permitted on the pool deck or beach.
Beach and Umbrellas
White Sand Beach Days Made Simple
Casa Del Mar provides direct access to the white sand beach, complimentary beach lounge chairs, and optional umbrella rentals during your stay.
Umbrella Rental Details
Umbrellas are available for rent at $25 per day or $150 per week. Staff typically opens umbrellas at 9:00 AM and closes them at 6:00 PM, weather permitting. Awnings, tents, and similar beach shade structures are not permitted.

Rental Room Supplies
Starter Supplies for Your Arrival
Each rental includes a starter supply kit so guests can settle in before purchasing any additional items needed during the stay.
- Four beach towels
- One roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom
- One single packet of dishwasher detergent or dish washing liquid soap
- One single-use packet of laundry detergent
- Two bars of soap in each bathroom
- One trash bag in each wastebasket
- Small shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion
Cleaning Services
Casa Del Mar uses a professional cleaning company for rental units. Daily housekeeping is not included, but additional cleaning may be scheduled through the office when available.
Sea Turtle Nesting Season
- Sea turtle nesting season runs May 1 through October 31.
- Close drapes and window coverings after dark.
- Do not use flashlights, fishing lamps, or fireworks on the beach.
- Remain quiet and observe nesting turtles or hatchlings from a distance.
